Refund Policy

If the selected project does not meet the minimum results agreed upon in the contract, the investor may request a full refund of the invested capital plus an additional 10%, as stipulated in the contract.

This refund will be applicable if, after 12 months from the start of the investment, the project has not presented completed renovations, initial reserves, or visible results.
